We use real wood on our products including but not limited to signs, flags, etc...  Each piece of wood has it's own natural character such as the grain of the wood, knots, holes, cracks and crevices.  We do not attempt to remove same.  This is what makes each piece unique and different from the next.  No two (2) pieces are identical, each piece is created for you.      

Allow 2-3 weeks for standard products to be made, prior to shipping.  Exclusion for this would be any ready to ship products. 

Allow 2-4 weeks for custom orders after approval of your design.  You will receive a proof for approval within 10 days of your purchase.   

Local Maryland purchases are available for pick-up.  Upon purchase you will need to indicate that you will be picking up so shipping is not charged.  Pick up times vary and will be provided at the time of completion.   

All products upon completion will be shipped using 2-3 days priority mail including tracking via United States Postal Service "USPS".     

We are not responsible for any undelivered or misdelivered product due to incorrect address information.  Please be sure to check that all information provided is accurate.   

We love to create custom orders for you!  All custom orders need to be accompanied with an order form.  You can find the order form here as well as in our heading on the home page of our site.  Please be very detailed in your description of your design.

We will email a design proof for your approval before we begin creating your product.  Allow 10 days for a proof to be sent via email to you.  No work will begin until your design is approved and payment is received.  

Please note that we reserve the right to share and recreate your design for resale. 
 

Please understand that we do not offer returns at this time.  However, we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you have a problem with your product, please contact us by email so we may attempt to resolve same.     

If you wish to cancel an item ordered it must be done in writing via email within 24 hours of your purchase.

Custom Orders cannot be cancelled once order is placed.
